Summer Street Lofts, Germantown Partners’ newest mixed-use project, will soon make its way off the drawing boards and into the neighborhood.

The building’s name pays homage to the area’s early history, when 5th Avenue was known as Summer Street. 

Three commercial spaces will front 5th Avenue to compliment those directly across the street in the Germantown Building, home to the very successful Germantown Café. At 1,000, 750 and 550 square feet, these spaces will provide a perfect location for the boutique business operator.
